VasoHealthcare Holds Launch Summit 2010 in Greensboro, NC

July 29, 2010 - GREENSBORO, NC - VasoHealthcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vasomedical, Inc. (OTC: VASO.OB), held its kick-off meeting with the national sales and training program, during the week of June 14th, in the conference facilities of their new sales office complex in Revolution Mill Studios in Greensboro, NC, with a week long program of organizational, process and product training sessions. “Setting potential in motion,” the NASCAR-inspired racing theme of the meeting, was introduced by Brent Barron, Chief Operating Officer of VasoHealthcare who commented that “it is a rare and unique opportunity when you can put a large group of top performers together, create a world class sales organization and represent the number one industry leader, GE Healthcare.”

On behalf of the Board of Directors, investors and employees of parent company VasoMedical Inc., Dr. Jun Ma officially welcomed the management and sales organization of VasoHealthcare to the VasoMedical family. Speaking to the commitment and strength of partnership in the new sales team, Dr. Ma commented, “We do one thing and we better do it better than anyone else in healthcare.” Ben Moveseghi, Director, and Larry Liebman, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, VasoMedical, also attended the kick-off.

Recognition awards were presented to Michael Hayes (Initiative), Tom Santilli (Leadership), Gary Sweeney (Accountability) and Tony Emerick (Dedication), who most demonstrated these values, while making significant contributions to the internal product training and organization in preparation for the kick-off. “It is in the application of these values that we will establish a corporate culture of integrity and professionalism,” stated Charles Hughes, Vice-President of Sales.

He continued, “we all have an understanding of our corporate objectives, have taken ownership in these objectives and they are ours. We understand our partner's solutions and value propositions, and we are setting potential in motion to leverage the strength of our partnership and execute the plan necessary to achieve these objectives.”

Mark Vachon, President and CEO, GE Healthcare - Americas, sent a personal video welcoming VasoHealthcare to the GE family. Mr. Vachon's description of the significant role VasoHealthcare will play in GE Healthcare's plans for the future inspired the group and set the tone for the GE Healthcare product training program. Wendy Harris, General Manager and Diagnostic Imaging Transition Leader at GEHC represented a team of over 25 GE managers and specialists, who conducted the highly professional training sessions, which instilled tremendous enthusiasm and confidence in the VasoHealthcare team. The VasoHealthcare team, which had been preparing for the meeting for weeks, was electrified by Ms. Harris' positive statement, in sync with the racing theme of the meeting, when she said, “Ladies and Gentlemen, start your engines!”

At a team dinner during the meeting, Alan Morgan, the CEO of the National Rural Health Association, addressed the group. Since rural hospitals and clinics are an important part of VasoHealthcare's customer base, Mr. Morgan's comments were insightful and encouraging. During the week the team participated in a well-planned program of product training and group building activities, completing a full, challenging and very successful kick-off meeting.
